In these Terms and Conditions,  "we", "us", "our" and “Amazing Space” in reference to Amazing Space Solutions Pte Ltd, is a company incorporated under the Companies Act in Singapore, and also a “company” under the Companies Act, which offers you access to the website, “you”, “your”, “yours” refers to consumers of the website, products, and services provided by Amazing Space Solutions Pte Ltd.

PRICING

 

1. The Pricing Information with relation to the Product shall be as displayed on the Website.

2. We do not guarantee You that the price will be the lowest for similar products within any given locality, city, region, or geography. We reserve the right to change the prices and availability without notice or any consequential liability to You.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

1. You are not required to provide Your credit or debit card details on the Website. Amazing Space does not authorize any third-party payment gateways. You shall maintain responsibility for Your credit or debit card details. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your credit/ debit card details. Amazing Space Solutions Pte Ltd expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Your credit/debit card.

2. You agree to pay for our products based on an agreement between You and  Amazing Space Solutions Pte Ltd upon the issue of our invoice without withholding, deduction, counterclaim, or set off.

3. You waive all your rights to challenge our invoices if you do not contest our invoice in writing within 3 days from the date of the invoice.

4. The prices agreed upon the conclusion of the contract, and in particular, the prices stated in the order form and/or the confirmation of the order shall apply. If no price has been expressly determined, the prices in effect at the time of the conclusion of the contract as per our price list shall apply.

5. In the event that your place of residence has no-lift access, You have to inform Amazing Space Solutions Pte Ltd prior to making the purchase. A no-lift fee of $20 per product per floor will be charged no places of residence with no-lift access. 

6. In the event that You fail to make payment within 3 days from the date of Our invoice, the order will be voided. Amazing Space reserves the right to void any purchases pertaining to late payment.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

 

1. Amazing Space Solutions Pte Ltd performs deliveries to consumers in Singapore from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. The delivery time is subjected to location, traffic, weather conditions, and availability of staff.

2. The delivery time and date will be agreed upon payment made. Your shipping address will be verified pending serviceability and availability. If your order is unserviceable, You will have to provide us with an alternative shipping address.

3. You are to ensure that someone is ready to receive the package on the agreed date and time of delivery. You are to ensure that there are no blockages or obstacles that may hinder the delivery and installation processes. We will assemble the product at your premises and dispose of any unused material following the completion of the assembly.

4. Arrangements for delivery and installation shall be made at the point of purchase. Any changes or modifications to the agreed details of delivery and installation should be made 2 to 3 working days before the agreed date.

5. A delivery fee is required to be paid before products can be delivered. Failure to comply results in further delays or cancellation of purchase.

6. If your place of residence is a condominium where access needs to be granted by the management, you are required to get permission from your own management for us to deliver and install. Failure to comply results in further delays or cancellation of purchase. Amazing Space is not responsible for liaising with the building/condominium management.

7. Delivery will be voided if Your premises has no lift access. Amazing Space reserves the right to void any delivery if it endangers the safety of staff delivering the products. If Your premises has no lift access, You are to inform Us at the point of purchase to make alternative arrangements. 

8. The delivery fee will not be refunded in the event where

   • Installation cannot be fulfilled after delivery due to the inability to accommodate the purchased product to Your surrounding

   • Payment is not made on time

   • Failure to confirm safety or suitability of Your premises 

   • Other on-the-ground circumstances which prevent us from fulfilling the order such as failure to inform building/condominium management of our delivery and installation.

REFUND AND RETURN TERMS

1. Refunds and/or Returns issued for the following items must be made within 2 weeks of purchase:

   • Wrong Items

   • Missing Items

   • Faulty Items

2. All products are liable for return/refund pending checks and approval from Amazing Space.

3. Amazing Space reserves the right to accept or reject the refund or return items depending on the circumstances.

WARRANTY

 

1. Amazing Space ensures all wooden and mechanical parts on our products to be free of defects. A warranty period of two years commences from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace at our discretion any defects reported to us during this duration.

2. This warranty is made on the assumption of proper installation using the provided instructions. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by misuse or failure to operate our products correctly and safely. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. Warranty will cease to apply to a particular product when Amazing Space stops selling that particular product effective immediately.

4. This warranty is limited to the replacement of damaged or defective parts of our products. Amazing Space is not liable for consequential or incidental damage.
